Drought Tolerant Plants Growing Here

These were found growing near the cabin in November.  Aren't they pretty?

When crushed, the leaves smell like Vicks vapor rub.

This is a regular yucca.  In Arid locations, they are often called twisted yucca because as they dry out, the leaves twist.  They make a beautiful white flower with multiple blooms on a tall stalk.

Not sure what this is called.  Its a dark purple.

This is a type of acacia, similar to the mimosa tree we see a lot in SW Louisiana and SE Texas.
